Parts Clerk – MTL

REASON of the function

Responsible for complete order management at the parts department level. Support the warehouse when required.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Respond to customer calls and requests for parts;
  • Represent the Enviroair parts department to local customers;
  • Become familiar with Enviroair products through the training sessions provided;
  • Prepare and follow up on bids and related documents;
  • Contact suppliers when necessary for parts prices and availability;
  • Route invoices to accounting;
  • Update files and information in our computer system, make arrangements with carriers, deliver important documents and ensure that each sale is invoiced;
  • Other related tasks

 

REQUIREMENTS

High school diploma
HVAC experience an asset

 

SKILLS

Bilingual, French and English (spoken and written)
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio an asset)
Experience with the P-21 system an asset

CONDITIONS OF USE                                                                      

  • Full-time (weekdays)
  • 37.5 hours per week
  • Flexible hours between 7 a.m. and 5 p.m.
