DESCRIPTION
Composed of a dynamic and passionate team, we are a growing Canadian company. We are currently looking for a Refrigeration Technician. By joining our team, you will evolve in an environment that is as professional as friendly, driven by a strong team spirit.
Reporting to the director of after-sales service, your mission will be to carry out startups and technical support required to serve our customers well.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Scheduled startup of HVAC systems as requested by suppliers
- Assistance with startups when necessary
- Technical on-site support in case of technical problems
- Technical phone support for:
- Startup
- Operation
- Maintenance
- Preparation of technical training for our clients and employees
- Technical training on products (on-site or in a classroom)
- Site visits during scheduled meetings with collaborators
- Conducting follow-ups with technical reports
- Other related tasks
REQUIREMENTS
- Journeyman competency certificate or equivalent.
- 3 to 5 years of experience in technical support.
- Excellent knowledge of heating systems.
- Good Knowledge in BACnet/Modbus communication would be an asset.
- Possession of a valid driver’s license or passport with no mandatory travel restrictions.
- Bilingual, excellent command of French and English (oral and written).
- Fluency with computers, in particular with MS Office.

- Ability to work in a team and communicate effectively.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to manage frequent interruptions caused by requests from internal and external clients.

TERM OF EMPLOYMENT
- Full time (weekdays)
- 37.5 hours per week
- Flexible work hours between 7 a.m. to 6 p.m. to facilitate work-life balance

- Hourly salary between 20.60 $ and 50.00 $, depending on experience
